recovering tomboy

it has recently come to my attention that makeup compacts are lovely little objects. never mind that i only own two (the ones mum bought me when i turned 16) and that when i actually wear make-up i apply using my finger (much to felicity's ...horror?... amusement?)
it's becoming clear that i'm entering (or have entered) what will become known as my recovering tomboy period.
these are a series of prints i made using the kamihanga technique aki matsumoto taught me (with some drawn bits too). they were fast and fun.

if anyone buys one i promise i'll spend the proceeds on make-up brushes. a very worthwhile cause.
